B. Guest Special Request:-
  • Amenity:- Items which are provided to guest for his comfort and convenience at no extra cost.

Types of amenities:- There are 4 types-

  1. Guest Supplies 
  2. Guest loan items
  3. Guest expandable
  4. Guest essential 

1.)Guest Supplies:-
           Items which are used by the guest and cannot be used by again.
e. g. Soap, shampoo, gel, tissue box, ear bud, etc. 

2.)Guest Loan Items:-
         Items which are not placed in guestrooms but provided to guest on his request.
e. g. Hair dryer, DVD player, ashtray, extra pillows, crib, extra bed, etc. 

3.)Guest Expandable:-
        Items which can be used by the guest and he can take them away while checking out are called guest expandable.
e. g. Soap, shampoo, gel, conditioner, loofah, etc. 

4.)Guest Essential:-
        Items which can be used by the guest but he cannot take them away while checking out is called guest essential.
e. g. Pillow, iron,bed,DVD player,hair dryer, etc.

Pest:-            A pest is any living organism which competes with human,domestic animals or desirable plants for food or water.  At the same time they spread diseases to mankind and harms the environment.  Classification :- I.  Wingless :- Fleas, Lice, bedbugs, silverfish, beetles II.
